Cancellation Policy

If canceled a week or more in advance, 100% of the deposit will be refunded. If canceled within a week of the boarding start date, refunds are prorated at 80% refund 6 days before, 60% refund 5 days before, 40% refund 4 days before, 20% refund 3 days before, and 10% refund 2 days before. There is no deposit refund for cancellations on the day before or the day of boarding.
